Here's the first picture. This one was created with a ball point pen and no clear intent other than to start off this blog. So, I leave it up to you. Please comment with a title and/or meaning to this... whatever it is... (By the way, no comments on my current mental state please.)

I like the drawing. Can't wait to see more work. I came here from your wife's blog.

Rebellion against the Machine

At first glance, it totally reminds me of Obama supporters running around outside the 'lines' of institutional, political life (represented by the city-scape). But really I suppose it could be any old anarchist group rallying against the establishment. The sign describes how we become robots in the production line, and you hafta go haywire/wonky to see what's really happening outside the matrix and stand up for soft squishy, messy humanity.

There. How'd I do?

Me likey. Very cool to see you blogging...will be linking from my two blogs, but don't get excited. I think like 2 people visit: your wife and my hubby. :o)

Looking forward to more great art!

Is that a heart in the robot's stomach? Does that mean that the way to a robots heart is through his stomach?

Love you're artwork, can't wait to see more.

It's not a protest at all.. It's a celebration. Notice how many of them appear to be dancing.. They obviously conquered whatever is in the sign.. And they're proud of the way they ripped it to bits.. The signs say to me... "People are still #1!"

I like this stuff Scott.. Keep it coming!

I got a machine
And I took over the world
In one weekend
I took over the world
With my machine
I did it because
I was looking for a project
And it was either
Take over the world or learn French
So I took over the world
And next weekend
I can learn French
I got a machine
And I took over the world
But nothing changed
That wouldn't be fair
